By booking and taking part, you acknowledge that the tour involves walking on public streets, pavements, and uneven surfaces, including steps, slopes, and historic graveyard paths. The tour operator accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during the tour, except where caused by negligence that cannot be excluded by law. Participants are responsible for their own safety and should wear suitable footwear and clothing for outdoor walking and weather conditions. Please take care around traffic, uneven ground, and other members of the public. The tour may include discussions of death, burial, and historical events that some may find sensitive. The tour operates in all but extreme weather. Routes may be altered or tours cancelled at short notice for safety or access reasons. No liability is accepted for costs incurred as a result of such changes. By attending the tour, you confirm that you are physically able to take part and agree to these terms.
